Today’s Photo: For “The Glory of Sport”
While walking Centennial Olympic Park, I ran across many little statues, fountains and waterfalls tucked all around the park. I found this in an obscure corner and almost walked by it. There are so many other things going on around this area that it was almost missed. Just across the street was the World of Coke and also in this corner of the park was the kids playground equipment and the ice skating rink. The layout of this statue was just perfect for a shot close to the ground. I am still hurting from the contortionist position I had to get into for this shot.
