Today’s Photo: Flying High
One of the main reasons I started this daily photo blog was to capture memories. One of the big problems with that is I am behind the camera almost all of the time. I get a pretty good view of events from my point of view, behind the camera. This works great for sunrise, sunset and just about any landscape type of photos. However, it does not work so well when I want to capture memories of my children and me. So, for this one, I handed the camera off to my wife, photographer in training, so I could fly high with one of my little ones. It was not until the fourth or fifth time around that I noticed she was taking photos. When we got off the ride, my wife was so excited to show me the shot she was trying for. I must say, she got a pretty good shot. One that I am definitely proud of.
This would have been a great post for Father’s Day! Super shot.
It would have been. But I don’t think it was too bad for Flag Day. I’ll pass on the compliments to my wife, the photographer for this shot.
