Today’s Photo:  The Cathedral of Turner Chapel

Well into my series of churches, I have begun to notice some common traits among churches in this area.  Maybe they are all like this.  Churches have been a central part of southern communities for decades and as such, they are central points in most towns.  As towns have grown, so to have the churches, but not necessarily that area that they occupy.  Many of the most picturesque churches have streets and power lines right against the building.  This makes taking some of these photos challenging but not impossible.
