Today’s Photo: The Coop
There are a lot of chicken coops in North Georgia. For a while, it was not uncommon for a person to increase their wealth dramatically just by having land, building a coop and waiting for one of the chicken producers to fill it. Now with the cost of feed and fuel going up at such a fast rate, you don’t see it much anymore.
I found this coop driving around one day. Ever since I got my driver’s license, I loved to explore. This has gotten me into trouble and stuck a few times. This was one of those driving days. I decided to turn on a road I had never been on before and ran across this. It appears to have become a victim of history as many others in this area.
