Today, I cross a mile stone with this Daily Photography Blog. I have managed to make 366 (+1 for leap year) daily posts with missing very few days. It was a trail at times in the beginning, but now it seems to be a kinda self perpetuating thing.

Temperatures are rising and days are beginning to get pretty out. Soon we will start seeing planned and impromptu car shows all over the place. In fact, there is one scheduled for April 21. But I am struggling between that or some astrophotography on top of Brasstown Bald. Choices… This shot accents the benefits of HDR and my choice to always shoot bracketed. When I took this, I was thinking of it as just a single image. That changed when I saw the image on the computer and began looking at the other two taken with it. In my “0” exposure, the images through the window were way blown out. Using HDR, I was able to pull all the detail back in.
