Today’s Photo: Another Cold Boise Forest
I spent several hours driving through the Boise National Forest. When I started the drive out of Boise, the temperature was not that bad, in fact, I believe it was not even below freezing. However, as I slowly wound my way up the Bogus Basin Road, that changed. Not only did the temperature change, but I hit the tree line. This was just at the tree / snow line as I went up the mountain ridge. When I crossed over to the western side of the ridge, the driving became a lot more interesting.
