Today’s Photo: Jupiter, Venus and the Moon
I held on to the dream of being an astronaut for many years after all my peers had moved on. In fact, I still have that passion for outer space, just the knowledge that I will probably not get to feel the weightlessness of orbit. I can still enjoy looking up at the stars and thinking what it may be like to walk among them. I really enjoy the early morning hours when the stars are still out, yet the sun is brightening up the sky enough to see the landscape. I watched this develop for several days before getting the right line up of Jupiter, Venus and the Moon.
