Today’s Photo: Just Hanging Out
I believe that the best way to improve in anything in life is to identify an area that you find takes you out of your comfort zone and immerse yourself in it. For me lately, that has been taking candid and “life” portraits. I had tons of fun with this young man and his siblings. For this shot, my wife was lying on the ground holding him up. I thought it would be cute to get a shot, but holding the camera and him was not going to turn out well. So, the next bet thing was to hold it blindly in front of my wife’s face and shoot away. I took four series of photos and most turned out pretty good. I really liked this one best though.
